What Classes are good for beginners ?
Gentle Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga are great places to start for beginners.
What is the difference between gentle flow yoga and power flow yoga ?
Gentle yoga is a slow paced flow focused on relaxation and mindfulness. While power flow yoga is fast-paced, and designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility.
You could think of it this way ;
Gentle Flow Yoga - like a quiet river at dusk
Power Flow Yoga - like a storm rolling across the ocean
What do I need to bring to class ?
Yourself, the first step is getting through the door.
We supply all props required, but you are more than welcome to bring your own mat and/or props.
Hydration !
A good spirit ( remember your practice is about you ).
Other than booking through the website, is there an app I can use to manage my classes?
Wild Within Yoga has partnered with Offering Tree and this means that not only can you login to the website with your account using the button at the very top right of the site, you can also download the Offering tree app directly to your phone to check the schedule and book classes.
You can find a quick access download button for android and apple at the bottom of the website, once you're all signed up you'll find Wild Within Yoga under studios.

In 2014, my yoga journey began. Having little babies made it difficult to leave the house for my daily workout. I wanted something that was simple, no equipment required. I fell upon Yoga and began training. First, it was simply a form of exercise. Two years into practicing I received my first Aha! Moment. I finally linked body, mind, and spirit. This is when my passion and practice became deeper, stronger, and connected. It has since been my destiny to share my journey with others.
